Kick for Fit is a special combination of exercise options, designed for any fitness level. It consists of Kickboxing, Personal Training, Stretching and a variety of Group/Bootcamp-style classes. Combining various training methodologies allows people to achieve permanent results, while having a lot of fun in the process.
Kickboxing offers an electric 50-60 minute fusion class, comprised of martial arts and boxing movements. This combo kicks your cardio fitness to the next level, while defining and shaping both your physique and your self-confidence. Kickboxing is an effective way to use all muscle groups, while honing in on cardio, balance, and flexibility. However, the greatest benefit of a Kickboxing workout is that you will come away with newly acquired knowledge regarding how to defend yourself.
This program consistently receives positive reviews from women in particular, as it utilizes primarily the upper body; providing a great shoulder, back and arm workout. Movements such as punching and kicking are also a positive way to channel life’s frustrations, which is so important in these busy times.

I was someone who was always interested in kickboxing but was hesitant to try. I attended a demo class with Irina and immediately knew that this was going to be a blast! Irinas kickboxing classes are always full of energy and fun and is truly a great workout. She is such an awesome instructor and you can feel the passion she has for kickboxing, which is the kind of instructor I want to be working with. Irina pushes me to my limit but still recognizes when I’m not feeling well or I need to take it easy, she always cares about her kickboxers. I had the privilege of being able to take Irina's kickboxing class during lunch hour at work. Not only was this a convenient way to sneak in a work out during the work day, Irina's class soon became a much needed midday stress relief from hectic work days. Irina's class is an excellent work out and I lost almost 10lbs taking her class. Not only is this class a good workout, it is FUN. She always has a smile on her face and was able to improve of all her students moods during the class. She is encouraging and helps you push yourself to the limit but also makes sure that everyone from all levels is able to enjoy her class, no previous experience is needed! She will teach you the basic of kickboxing, make it fun and most importantly you will get a kick ass work out! I highly recommend her class to anyone considering taking the plunge into a new style of work out, you will not regret it!
