About Kick For Fit

Kick for Fit is a special combination of exercise options, designed for any fitness level. It consists of Kickboxing, Personal Training, Stretching and a variety of Group/Bootcamp-style classes. Combining various training methodologies allows people to achieve permanent results, while having a lot of fun in the process. Kickboxing offers an electric 50-60 minute fusion class, comprised of martial arts and boxing movements. This combo kicks your cardio fitness to the next level, while defining and shaping both your physique and your self-confidence. Kickboxing is an effective way to use all muscle groups, while honing in on cardio, balance, and flexibility. However, the greatest benefit of a Kickboxing workout is that you will come away with newly acquired knowledge regarding how to defend yourself. This program consistently receives positive reviews from women in particular, as it utilizes primarily the upper body; providing a great shoulder, back and arm workout. Movements such as punching and kicking are also a positive way to channel life’s frustrations, which is so important in these busy times.

Bootcamp classes are another amazing option, as they offer a stellar workout for the whole body. We offer various types of group classes to accommodate your personal goals and abilities, including:

Classes offer the benefit of working with your own body weight – or a variety of equipment – using a myriad of different methods and levels of intensity. We will continuously challenge you, so that you constantly move forward! Yoga Stretch is a complete body flexibility class which targets all major and minor muscle groups. It leads to a more limber, strong body – while leaving you feeling calm and centered.

I am so glad you decided to spend some time checking out our programs here at KICK FOR FIT. My name is Margarita and I am a certified Personal/Group Training, Bootcamp, Tabata, BodyShred and Kickboxing Instructor. My devotion to the world of sport began when I was 6 years of age. I was a swimmer for 10 years – and that’s where it all started. During my swimming career I was winning different prizes at the country championships all around Russia, set two country records in Moldova and achieved the title of the Master of Sport in swimming. I am passionate about everything that allows me to remain active, and love sharing my experience and knowledge with others.
